Poole Runners are delighted to offer a new 6-week course!
Aim: Improve the ability, confidence, and knowledge of new runners such as those who recently completed the Couch to 5k.
Details: The 6 week course will include sessions such as:
Drills and Strides
Intervals and mixed speed sessions
An introductory track session
The course welcomes all paces – We recommend those entering can cover a 5k distance as a run or run/ walk, being able to run at least 15 minutes continuously as a guideline.
The course will be led by coaches and leaders who run the successful Couch to 5k courses with a different session each week. We aim to make the sessions fun, informative and also to make you work hard based on your own ability.
