As of 1st January 2025, Race Directors are required to provide a list of medical conditions to their medical provider for use on race day. GDPR regulations must be followed. This allows for legitimate use of the data in connection with the race but must not be held by the medical provider beyond the date of the event.
This is in addition to the requirement for the medical template on the reverse of the bib number.
If you have any medical conditions that our medics should know about on race day, fill in the form below. We will then pass these details and your race number to the medical team on the day before to the race. All medical details will be destroyed once the race is over.
