Poole Runners Progression Group Autumn 2018
This is a free, informal group which will last approx. 4-5 weeks depending on how people progress. The aim of the group is to slowly increase your distance from 5km to 5 miles (usually with an optional last run of 10km). Starts Monday 8th October at 6.30pm outside The Kitchen in Poole Park.
There is no charge for the group; the online entry is just so we have an idea of who to expect so we can plan accordingly. The group is not restricted to Couch 2 5K Graduates, so get your friends, family or colleagues who are already able to run 5km and are looking to increase their distances, to register too!
