Couch To 5K – Spring 2025

Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Poole Runners C25K course

Have you always wanted to start running, but you don’t know where to begin? Start now by joining our highly successful Couch to 5k programme.

Start Date – Monday 14th April 2025, for 9 weeks.
Time and Venue – 6.30 pm outside The Kitchen in Poole Park
Fee – £25 for the whole program. Entry includes a T-Shirt and free entry into a local race on the 15th June (tbc).
Age Limit: 18 (13+ if accompanied by a parent – see newsletter link below for more details.)
